BISTRO!
   
   Class 30 of the Culinary School of Charlotte held its first BISTRO! on Jan. 31, 2008 for a large crowd of family and guests. Below are pictures from the event: the preparation, the food, the presentation.

     If the food looks great and you're interested in attending, the class's next BISTRO! is scheduled for Valentine's Day on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 1 p.m. sharp.
