BISTRO!

Class 31 of the Culinary School of Charlotte held its last BISTRO! on July 24, 2008 for family, guests and the public. The turnout was the largest in memory for a BISTRO! As guests filed by the culinarian's serving table on both sides, students served to their left and their right for more than an hour until everyone was served. Below are pictures from the event. BISTRO!s are held alternate Thursdays during class sessions at 1 p.m. sharp. Please join us!
