BISTRO!

Class 33 of the Culinary School of Charlotte held its first BISTRO! on Feb. 5, 2009 for family, guests and the public. Below are pictures from the event.

By BISTRO! day, the cooking and food preparation is finished. But between 11:15 and  1 p.m. start time, all hands are focused on transforming a production kitchen into a buffet space, then serving guests, then cleaning up.
