Chef Randy Page joins Encore as Chef and Manager

Chef Randy Page has joined us as Chef and Manager of Encore Catering. 

Randy is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has over 20 years of experience as a chef and caterer.

Over the course of his career Chef Page has worked in Mobil-rated 3- and 4-star restaurants. He has instructed students at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and here at the Community Culinary School.

Chef Page has been featured in food-related television programs at local and national levels. And he has received numerous awards and accolades, including designation as Charlotte’s Best Caterer.

Randy is now focused on taking Encore to a higher level of food and service!
