Act I – Breakfast Click to download full menu
Breakfast fare offers a variety of options,from continental breakfast to hot buffet options. All are available for groups of 15 to 400.
Act II – Box lunches Click to download full menu
Box lunches offer the perfect quick and easy meal for all
types of groups, from board meetings to garden club gatherings. The meals
are delivered in Encore black boxes and include either sandwich or wrap,
chopped fresh fruit and a side salad; or entrée salad with croissant. All
lunches include cutlery kits with napkin, hand wipes and dessert and drink
options for $9.50 per meal.
All group box lunch orders should include a maximum of three different
entrées and the same side salad selection.

Cold buffets can provide a light or filling lunch menu or light evening meal. All include at least three options for the main course, dessert and drink at a minimum cost of $10 per person. Meal includes disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and cups as well as disposable tablecloth upon request. Custom buffet meals are also available.

Most hot buffet meals include meat entrée, two sides, bread and choice of dessert and drink. The fee of $12 per person (unless otherwise noted) includes disposable plates, napkins, cups and flatware. Rental items can be provided for an additional fee.

Encore's hors d'oeuvres menu is designed to provide fare for events ranging from the very simple to the most elegan5, for from 15 to 400 guests. Pricing includes disposable plates, napkins and flatware; rental items can be provided for an additional charge.
Matinee – Afternoon office break Click to download full menu
The matinee menu is designed to provide a light afternoon snack for any size group or meeting. Food will be delivered on platters with disposable napkins, plates and flatware when needed.
