Whether you need continental breakfasts or wedding reception fare, our
professional staff is available to discuss and help plan your next event. Please

Pricing
Our professional staff will put together a combination of dishes to suit any
taste or budget. Disposable flatware, plates, napkins and cups are provided
as stated. Any rental equipment (china, cutlery, glassware, linens) can be
arranged for an additional charge. All payments can be made by cash, check,
Visa or American Express.
Delivery
Any catering may be picked up at 2401-A Distribution Street. Here's a
map. Or we can be delivered and set up for
your convenience. The delivery fee can vary based on location, but the
standard is $25 per catering. All food is subject to an 8.25% prepared
food state and county tax.
Service Staff
Our trained service staff will make things easy for our clients by setting
up for the event, serving guests, bartending and cleaning up afterward.
Clients need only be present and enjoy the occasion. Service staff charge
is $20 per hour per staff member, including set-up and clean-up, and most
events require a minimum of four hours.
Equipment
Pricing includes use of Encore equipment (platters, chaffers, serving
pieces).
Ordering
Orders can be placed via e-mail, telephone call or fax. We request a
minimum of 48 hours notice. Our calendar fills quickly, and the earlier the
booking the better.
