It's the first Monday for Class 31. Students, the Friendship Trays kitchen staff and others gather for announcements, then a blessing, before lunchtime.
Friday,
June 6
Students took their learning curbside as they assisted Friendship Trays with a South End Fish Fry outside the Distribution Street loading dock. The event drew scores of friends of the school and Friendship Trays, along with a number of volunteers who drive routes and deliver Friendship Trays meals.
Wednesday, June 18
Students took a lunch-hour field trip to the Duke Mansion.
July 2
The School surprised Instructor Biriam Thompson with a cake at lunch time to mark his birthday. The culinarians outsourced the cakemaking duties to
Wal-Mart.
