Culinary School alum Richard Sims, who graduated with Night Class 15 in August 2005, worked part-time for six months at the fine dining Pewter Rose in Dilworth. But it's been a year since he's had consistent work. He fills in with a bit of catering. He was back Wednesday, offering to volunteer at the School. Perhaps something more remunerative will turn up.
