For students' families and the general public, there is a regular, biweekly way to check up on how the students are progressing toward mastery of basic culinary skills. That way is BISTRO!, the biweekly lunch presented by the students. The first Class 32 BISTRO! is Thursday, Oct. 9 at 1 p.m. sharp. All are welcome!
