It's BISTRO!

   Family, friends and the public gathered in South End Thursday for Class 33's third BISTRO!, the edible culinary arts training extravaganza. Students have an opportunity to hone their presentation skills. They see the fruits of their training and work in food preparation. And the public gets a great lunch and an opportunity to experience first-hand the work of the Culinary School.
