Got moo? Plan on Grazing with the Chefs

The Charlotte chapter of IFSEA, the International Food Service Executives Association, will hold its annual "Grazing with the Chefs" fund-raiser on Monday, March 30 from 6-9 p.m. Tickets are $25 per person and proceeds support IFSEA scholarships for high school students attending area college culinary programs.

This year's Grazing will be at the Art Institute of Charlotte, 2110 Water Ridge Parkway off West Tyvola Road. Last year's event drew 20 participants operating stations offering tasty examples of their culinary fare.
