Preparing for BISTRO!

The students of Class 34 were busy Wednesday morning preparing fresh ingredients for their first BISTRO!, that dining experience every other Thursday during class sessions that showcases what the students are learning, and creates the real-life restaurant experience of teamwork to be sure that everything is ready for a wonderful dining experience for guests. What's on Thursday's menu? Be present promptly at 1 p.m. this Thursday, June 4, and find out! BISTRO! events are held at 2401 Distribution St., off Remount Road in South End.
