Esteban Rodriguez, left, gets congratulations from School alumni and Executive Director Ron Ahlert on returning for his carving set. Carving sets are traditionally awarded to Culinary School alumni who remain employed in the hospitality industry six months after their graduation. The carving set awards are sponsored by Piedmont Natural Gas. Rodriguez graduated with "Do the Do Class 32" in December. Rodriguez is on the staff of the Olive Garden restaurant on East Independence Boulevard in Charlotte. "And I'm loving it."
