DEVELOPING KNIFE SKILLS

Students in Class 35 were preparing vegetables Thursday, learning through repetitive practice how to use a kitchen knife safely. The skills class is a key part of the training needed to be employed in the culinary industry. The Community Culinary School is all about training for jobs, and for life.
