ACF honors CCSC Instructor Biriam Thompson

Biriam Thompson, above, was honored Sunday night with a Distinguished Service Award. Thompson, an instructor and alumnus of the Culinary School of Charlotte, was honored by the Charlotte chapter of the American Culinary Federation. The award was among those presented at the chapter's President's Ball 2010, held at the Charlotte Marriott City Center.
