As half of the student culinarians worked in the Distribution Street kitchen on the first Monday session, the other members of Class 38 were in the classroom with Chef Instructor Chelsa Howard as Howard demonstrated knife skills: how to hold the knife, how to move it through raw food for clean cuts, and the most important issues: safety safety safety.
