Roasted Red Pepper & Sundried Tomato Sandwich Spread

 

April, 2008



1 cup yogurt
3 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup dill
4 teaspoons garlic
4 teaspoons Pepper Supreme seasoning
2-3 pinches salt and pepper
1/3 cup roasted peppers, pureed
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, pureed

Blend together until creamy in a bowl, or mix all ingredients in food processor. Spread on sandwiches or wraps for added flavor.

Makes enough for 25-30 sandwiches.
